Bookkeeper/Office Administrator Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/OfficeAdministrator to fill in a full-time position.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Reporting directly to the General Manager
Accounts payable/receivable
Banking and bank reconciliations
Data entry
BAS statement preparation
General admin duties as required

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and strong attention to details
Confidence in working autonomously
Ability to multitask
Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is an advantage


The work hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. This role will be commencing ASAP, so would be best suited for someone who is not currently working. Please send cover letter and resume to [email protected]
