Chermside Shopping Centre recruiting for store manager

$41600/annual (excluding super)


Job Duties:
· In charge of all the issues happening in store.
· Representing the store to join the monthly meeting and have meeting with staffs to keep everything update in store.
· Collect feedback from the staffs and report to the area manager.
· The ability to classify every staff's level and train up sales with potential to be the senior sales.
· Keep our competitor information up-to-date and report to the area manager.
· Act as a leader and build up the team spirit.
· Keep tracking on the sales and figure out method to hit the sales target.
· Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
· Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
· Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
· Maintaining inventories and maintain good communication with warehouse staffs.
· Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends.
· Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
· Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
· Maintains the stability and reputation of the store.
· Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Achieve a certain level of repair skills (level 2-3) Trainings will be provided.

Requirements:
· Ability in work distribution.
· Ability to arrive the store we allocate you to help.
· The ability of finishing the weekly and monthly reports on time.
· Leadership and teamwork ability.
· Passionate and willing to learn.
· Full-time opportunity only.
· Full rights working in Australia with stable visa type (e.g. PR/partner)
· Minimum 1 year customer service working experience.
· With management experiences will be preferred.
