開車時使用電子產品——罰款$415，扣4分

要求：無論是駕駛員或者副駕駛，都不可以使用電子產品，但可以使用支架或藍牙使用。

PS：千萬不要用手碰手機，對於非Full Licence的朋友，藍牙和支架也是不可以的

我到處都找不到這一條款,副駕駛座不能用手機好像不大合乎邏輯吧

可以去政府网站看，昆州的最新版本交规是2010年版的。

P1 licence holders are not allowed to use:

hands-free kits
wireless handsets
loudspeaker functions.
These restrictions don’t apply to P2 licence holders but they can only use a hand-held mobile phone if they have pulled over and parked in a safe place.
