JOB DESCRIPTION
With strong expansion and development plans for 2014 our company are now recruiting for a new senior candidate to head their Gold Coast Carrara (postcode 4211) team as Marketing Manager.
OVERVIEW
Driving forward the Sales for the company including managing strategy and implementing improvements and growth
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with director to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities on a weekly basis
• Providing mainland Chinese clients investment solutions and advice in the acquisition of residential and commercial property here in Australia
• Assist clients and landlords in the development and execution of local or international marketing plans that address the strengths and opportunities of the investments/properties options
• Managing a team of senior sales management professionals
• will review and proof architectural floor plans, sales and marketing materials, develop event/project calendars outlining critical deadlines, coordinate and execute sales/marketing strategies and marketing events, liaise with catering management companies, as well as attend and oversee sales and marketing events
• Directly accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
• Should assess and review business approach, devise and implement target based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
• Exposure to regional and international markets
• Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets
• The ideal candidate will be a graduate having excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a good negotiator and a strong leader leading the sales team to achieve stretch targets
• Preferred to be from background of Real Estate, Banking, Automotive and insurance
• May need travel

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant Diploma or at least three years relevant work experience
• Good ability of management& communication
• Extensive knowledge in the Real Estate, Banking, Automotive or Insurance industry
• Excellent command in both Mandarin and English is essential
