    先说下自己的情况吧，在GU的GC校区读研，预计1月底或者2月初到，男生一名，23岁，无不良习惯，爱干净，不会把房子弄到一团糟，需要自己做饭，在某些菜系算一个OK的厨师。语言过关，而且有过和外国人一起居住的经历，所以不管是和华人还是老外SHARE都OK（当然，印度大人们就放过我吧。）
     那么呢，说了这么多当然是想求租房，有房源的房东们，或者说想捎上我SHARE的同学们都可以联系我哦。最好是有房子的照片可以一起看看  要求如下：
     1：要有空调，恩恩 不管房间多小，但是空调要有，否则蚊虫和高温，就可以直接宰了我了。
     2：离学校不能太远，什么叫太远呢？步行半个小时以内到的话都可以接受吧。
     3：最好周围环境还算方便比如什么超市啊之类的都有，否则周围光秃秃就一栋房，怎么样我都会联想到鬼屋吧。
      大体上就这么多了，不管如何，租房不成人情在吧。马上去澳洲了，希望能和大家做朋友呵呵。

适合两对夫妻/情侣share，如果想要找个人多分担，那得找个客厅长了。

在UQ附近，走路5分钟。
包3架空调，3架液晶电视，2个king size bed， 一套简陋沙发，一套茶几 还有一张饭桌。

一架便宜的大概130-200 左右，当然一分钱，一分货，300+以上的都有。
这个方便，冬天时可以转换成热气机使用，不过那电表就会加速跳跃啦
