A sizeable garage, airy living room, kitchen equiped with white goods and utensils and large backyard which is great for partying/BBQ. This house is just situated at an excellent location with 2 mins walk from the nearest bus stop (Route 411 - to UQ and City, Route 428 - to UQ and Indooroopilly), 5 mins bus to UQ, 10 minutes walk to local shops and 20-25 mins walk to UQ. There is safety bus available after 6pm from Monday to Friday from UQ to door step!
Currently there are 3 UQ postgrad students staying in this house. They are friendly, easy-going and helpful. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. However, the current tenant wish to sell the furnitures including table, chair, standing fan, table lamp, side table, mattress, heater and printer (price negotiable).
