生菜包是一款意头好，富有特色的美食，同时简单易做，大家一齐动手吧！

原料：猪肉碎（pork mince)250克，西生菜一个，笋丝一小罐，磨姑一罐，洋葱，葱花，美极鲜酱油适量，胡椒粉，白糖，生粉，盐，蚝油,炒好的白芝麻，色拉油适量。
      
做法：1）西生菜用剪刀剪去头，放在胶盆，开水龙头对着剪去头的西生菜冲几分钟，生菜叶很快散开，再一块快小心分开放。
         

      
      2）将分开的生菜叶小心剪成6快圆型的生菜包。
        

     
3）猪肉碎用胡椒粉，盐，清水，生粉 拌匀备用。
         

   
4）笋丝，磨姑，洋葱分别切幼粒备用。
   

5）笋粒，磨姑粒烧滚水烫过。
      

  6）烧锅加色拉油，放入洋葱粒爆香，再放入腌好的肉碎炒至7成熟，加入笋粒，磨姑粒猛炒，调入美极鲜酱油，蚝油，胡椒粉，白糖，葱花炒匀，上碟，撒上芝麻即成。
