To be considered for this position, you should possess the following attributes:
- Well presented
- Strong customer focus
- Essential experience in a Hotel/Motel environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English
- Good time management and ability to multitask
- Full ability to work a 7 days rotating roster (Day and Evening shifts)
- Excellent attention to details
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing efficient services for guest registration and departure
- Upselling room types where appropriate
- Settling guest accounts, ensuring cash procedures are followed
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts
- Assisting with guest enquiries and offering solutions
- Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure our guests confidentiality and safety
- Setting a high standard of service to exceed guest expectations
You may also be required to assist generally our Housekeeping Team who work closely with our front office team.
