我在2012年大概4月時跟前男友申請了同居移民，
找了agent幫忙辦。之後在2013年年初我跟他分開了。
在大約8～9月時agent跟我說他的visa基本過了，就要另外補一些文件。
我跟agent說明情況，之後agent發了一份withdrawal form給我說要男方簽名。
但男的一直找不到人，我問agent可否單方面取消，agent說如果我單方面取消有可能會拒簽，會有不良紀錄。
請問這是什麼意思？
如果男的一直找不到人怎麼辦？

另，agent說我們要補他＄1000，因為之前一直都是男方辦的，我不清楚所有細節。這情況下如果我拒絕交錢會有問題嘛？

另，如果申請人的TR還未下來，那我的擔保是否仍算？即是我仍然是5年之內不可以再辦對嘛？

希望有人幫我一下。

不好意思，我沒有說清楚。我是citizen，男方的tr還未下來。
我問了agent，我跟agent說我不care他的visa會不會被拒簽，也不care他會不會被趕出aus，
畢竟這個人已經失蹤，

但agent說如果被拒簽會有不良影響，所以那是不存在的啦？

錢的問題，因為當時簽名是我們兩人都有簽的，
只是所有文件什麼的我都交給男方辦了，因為我對這些不太懂就沒有問。

不好意思，我對於簽證申請什麼的都只是第一次辦，
有很多都不懂的。
