房子位于sunnybank附近，十分安静，房间很干净
距离Robertson公车站仅5分钟路程，139可直达UQ，GU，还可坐130 140 133 598 599等，距离Coles，Kmart，Woolworths，sunnybank Plaza也仅10分钟的步行路程，方便到达袁氏堂，顶好，千里香火锅，茶餐厅，中国超市等
房间是单人大间，有足够的空间，包括一张Queen size床，3个大衣柜，1个鞋架，1面大镜子，房内还有洗手盆，2个大书桌以及2把椅子。出门口就是厨房，有1个大冰箱，电热水壶，微波炉，旁边就是独立卫生间。房东水电全包，还有神速的无线网络
