2.我在美国打算把西海岸的几个大城市都逛一圈，the locations you plan to visit in US里面是不是要都填一下呢，这样的话address where you will stay in US里面我hotel只填一个地方会不会有问题呢
3. US contact 里面如果填的也是hotel的话，是不是要帮travel 里面address where you will stay in us填不一样的hotel呢？
4. 我最早的两个公司地址还有电话都不知道了（离现在都已经5年以上了），在个人的background我还需要填么
