受害妇人上周三晚因病服药后熟睡，翌晨醒来感到下体疼痛，更赫然发现内裤不翼而飞，其后发现内裤掉在床底，而且被剪烂。当晚她在梳化睡觉，在半梦半醒时惊觉孙儿艾萨克（ Trevon Isaac）竟在侵犯她，艾萨克事败后跑进厕所大叫：「我只是摸摸你而已。」
妇人慌忙报警和致电儿子，儿子回家后质问艾萨克，艾萨克坦承：「我趁祖母在床上睡觉时，剪烂她的内裤，并和祖母做爱。我在梳化上跟祖母做爱。」男子决定大义灭亲，将艾萨克带往警署。
由于艾萨克与妈妈在另一个州居住，警方要等他妈妈赶来才可盘问他。艾萨克周日被捕，受害妇人送院检验后，证实曾被性侵犯。
