随申请表有一张Financial Statement。其中有一段说明是:
The student needs to guarantee the Foreign Office in ***** University his/her commitment to finance the educational, living, health and personal expenses until completion of this program. Accompanying to this form must be a bank statement certifying you and your sponsor have at least 750 DM for monthly expenses.
我的问题是：这里的bank statement，具体应该怎样出具？
是不是只有银行存折才可以？
如果是银行存折复印件，需不需要公证？
如果有别人愿意资助或担保，应该怎样开证明？
