Medicine. Yesterday I talked with the Graduate School and I knew that
they are proceeding to a reference to your qualification. So I
believe you will receive a notice from the Graduate School. Since the
administration is done by the Graduate School, we are not in a
position to give you formal notice about your application status.

"proceeding to a reference to your qualification“　指的是什么意思呀？我有没有戏呀？还要等多久呀？等消息很烦的。相信大家和我也一样等OFFER等得好烦。没心情做事，学习，天天都要上网看信箱。　呵呵！
