如果教授这么回信，说明什么呀？还要继续骚扰吗？

今天，写了一封信给要套磁的教授，结果两个小时以后就收到了回信，回信是这么写的：
Dear Grace
Thanks for your interest in our PhD/MPhil. program.  Please kindly
download the application form for graduate study from the Academic Registra of
the HKBU web site.  We have limited quota for research postgraduate students.

有戏吗？还要继续套磁吗？还是如她所说，去下载表格寄过去给她呢？高手帮我呀！！！！！！！！！！！
