part1 第六行 A#，是不是就护照上那个A号码？
第八行，current USCIS status ，A5卡属于什么状态？
Part 2 是选D么？
Part3 第四行，in what status did you last enter?
第六行 nonimmigrant visa no, consulate where visa was issued, date visa
issued ，这三个空格，移民的需要填吗？
G325A
第三行 city and country of residence 是写现住城市和国家把？
I-485、出生公证、I-94、护照（首页和签证页）、护照照片2张、 I-693、G-325a、以
及其他身份证明文件如社安号、工卡、驾照等等，以上除表格外都是复印件，两张支票
用来交费（I-485申请费$985.指纹$85）。
就这些材料，还需要什么吗？
还有听说什么I130/I140，我需要填写这些吗？
