请教转学分

我看到学校转学分的要求中写：
student must provide an offical transcript,copy of course description(and if requested a syllabus) for the transfer credit course
If transfer credit course was earned from a foreign university, an officail explanation of the course numbering system must attached to the form.
我想从国内转一些学分过来，按照这个要求，我必须出示课程描述和课程的numbering system，这些要找学校的什么部门呢？numbering system是怎么编排的？国内学校知道这个吗？
