请问是要我交两份学士学位证明吗? 还是学士学位证明和毕业证书各一份? 我在当初申请的时候是交了两份学校开据的学士学位证明和毕业证书,不知道他为什么还要我交? 是不是一定要交公证件? 另外,是要现在就寄过去,还是等到了那边register的时候再交?
