Thank you very much for your letter of 23 Oct. offering me the possible opportunity to finalize my application without an interview. Since I submitted my application in Feb. 2000, I have been waiting for the day to finalize my application for almost 3 years.
But unfortunately, when your letter arrived, I happened to be in the process moving from my hometown to XXX, and I failed to receive the letter on time. When I got the letter, I had exceeded the 45 days limit of physical examination already. Please accept my sincere apology for missing the deadline and would you please resend me the form?
