收到体检表后的几个问题，请大家赐教！

我刚刚收到中介转寄的大使馆的信和体检表。信里说
Based on your test results(IELTS),we anticipate being able to finalize
your application without a selection interview within the next 6 months.
Please note, we do, however, reserve the right to decide, at any point in the
application process, that an interview may not be waived, further examination
may be necessary.
   同时还有体检表，这个是不是他们常说的DM信，这算免面试吗？
还有个问题，我现在在英国学习，当初走的时候我问中介是否需要通知大使馆，
中介说要补充材料时再通知，不知道现在这个会不会引起麻烦？
   还有，补充材料里面对相片的要求异常苛刻，可是我在英国不知道哪里能
照这样的移民照。这里常见的都是那种自拍的设备，真没听说哪里有照相馆。
相片的问题如何解决呢？
