Two rooms are available at 1 Adamson Street, Liverpool L7 9LR(behind 333 edge lane) on 5 Oct. 2014.
It is not like a simple student accommodation but very family-oriented house. Very friendly English neighbour will help you to feel ease and comfortable. Shared the house with One chinese gentlemen and one Chinese girl.
180 pounds per month for bigger room and 160 pounds for smaller room per month, including all water, electricity, gas bills and internet and TV license. All facilities are available, such as washing machine, microwave, heating etc. 10 minutes by bus to the city centre and the university of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. 10 minutes walk to the fresh vegetable market and wholesale of seafood. There is a Chinese supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Botanic garden is 3 minutes walk and you can find time to enjoy yourself. Several super markets such as Village Market, LIDL, Tesco Home Bargain are around.
