We are all employed under the “Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award”. All of the employer’s obligations and employee’s rights are set out in that. 还有人知道这是什么东西啊，有没有什么问题啊。那是个小公司，主要给mining提供维修，还有设计一些设备。
