房子有两个卧室，小的大概是9+平米，大的大概16平米，客厅大概21平米，厨房比较大, 由于是1楼，所以没有阳台，晾衣服可以到后院的晾衣场。楼本身有带锁的大门，另外房子有防盗网（整栋楼只有这一套有防盗网），所以绝对安全。
卧室超北，向阳，采光很好，客厅相对暗一点，但是很通风。
楼里学生和工作的人大概一半一半，鬼佬和亚裔也是一半一半。
