I’m looking for share mates for single or couple room @ Sunnybank.

It’s located around Market Square and also closed to the shopping centre. (Coles, Woolworth and Asian Grocery)

It’s convenience to go to the city and Griffith University.

There are also many buses and trains going to the city (129,130,133,137,140 and ETC), It takes about 20 min to the city. (Taking 15 min from home to the bus or Altandy train station)

And also, heading to Griffith University and Gardencity bus stop it takes only 2 minutes from our place.

If anyone interested in our house, $125 (Single), $210 (Couple), and the Bond Fee 2 Weeks rent fee.

This is included the internet(ADSL 2 ),all other expenses, and Dish washing liquid as well.

It’s available from 21th June

We have been in this house about few months, as brand new…!!!
