拿国内驾照，被罚累积四分，可以申请good driving behaviour period 么

今天收到通知，三个月暂停驾照。
而且我注意到那个title上写的是never held a driving licence....
这是直接把我按照L牌处理还是什么意思？
我能不能申请那个good driving behavior period?

买车用的就是这个驾照。CRN的确有。也付过两次罚单。警察查我的时候，也没表示有异议。
是不是需要我本人带着国内驾照和护照去交通局跑一趟？

嗯 去一趟吧 我之前也朋友也是扣了4分什么以为被吊销了 过去一问才知道国内驾照跟O牌一样 有12分
