One full furnitured rooms(with bed, desk and chairs) will be available, with build-in wardrobe and the rent is $120/week+share bills. It will be available after the 24th of December.
Share living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. 1 laundry, 1 sunroom and 1 toilet. All public facilities(fridge, microwave and washing machine, etc) are provided. The bond is $525 . You will share the flat with other three very frienly and easygoing Chinese . NO COUPLE
