请教windowsXP的安装问题

最近电脑一直有问题，打开一个文件有时候需要几分钟才有反应，甚至出现了近十年没见到的蓝屏。我怀疑是硬盘出了问题，想重装一下windowsXP。

硬盘现在分了区，系统在C盘，是要格式化了重装的，D盘E盘不动。笔记本可以从USB启动，我装了一个128M的U盘做WinPE启动盘。我现在只有XP安装盘的ISO文件，请问能不能从本机硬盘直接安装不通过光盘？

或者把XP安装文件ISO解压缩到另一个大的U盘安装？
