3  购物方便
4  具体价格商量，应当包括水电气与上网
5  室友无不良嗜好，不吸烟爱干净，喜欢安静
6  任何事情我们都可以通过协商解决，如果你的房子只满足上面的几条

1  A single room
2  Convenient Transportation, If it is close to QUT's KG or GP, it will be better, 15mins walking to GP or 10mins to KG will be the best.
3  Shopping is very easy
4  The price should include the gas electricity internet and water, and we may discusse it later
5  the roommate should be clean no smoking and like to live in a quiet place
