申请Leicester CS朋友,帮我看有无希望

申请Leicester的朋友,尤其是CS的,帮我看看,是不是没希望了?
申请后一直没有声音,就与系里取得联系,先被告知:
I am not sure why you have not received a reply (apperently it has been send), but the graduate office will send a new note out to you immediately.
后我他回复信中结果是什么,又收到:
I am not really supposed to provide this information via email -- it should be tranmitted by official letter from the grad office.
他不肯在邮件中透露,是规矩,还是发出的是据信,就不在邮件中说了.
大家帮着看看阿!
