也就是说我寄回acceptance form 同时要把学费交了（交学费还是申请宿舍生效的前提）。
可是还没有签证呢就要交学费多不放心啊？可是7、8月份签证之后再寄回acceptance form and accommandation application form 是不是太晚了？大家都是怎么操作的啊？
