在Maroubra junction附近，静街，离Pacific square很近，周边很多超市和餐厅，银行、cafe、post office，Maroubra junction公交都经过unsw,去city、uts、central station、town hall，交通、购物、聚餐都相当方便。环境比unsw附近安静且繁华。

single room 很大 应该算是double room,假期出租,180/week 包bill和无限网络。从1月1号开始可以租，开学后为260/week 包bill。






房间空间很大，干净整洁，有大的落地窗，采光很好。
同住的都是unsw master的学生，一个男生一个女生，平时都很安静，无不良嗜好，希望你也是个爱整洁，安静的学生。
