高层公寓位于Maroubra junction，静街，离Pacific square很近，周边很多超市和餐厅，银行、cafe、post office，Maroubra junction公交都经过unsw,去city、uts、central station、town hall，交通、购物、聚餐都相当方便。环境比unsw附近安静且繁华。
single room 有衣橱带储物柜，单人床，带书架书桌以及椅子一把。230/week 包所有bill和无限网络。随时可以拎包入住。
同住的都是unsw的学生，无不良嗜好，希望你也是一个爱整洁，干净的学生。
