Dear YU Pei
Your application for a Student (Temporary) Visa has been examined.
If you wish to continue with your visa application, you should now send
the
original of this letter to the educational provider of your choice and
finalise enrolment arrangements.
If the education provider accepts your application for enrolment, they
will
send you an official confirmation of enrolment. When you receive
official
confirmation of enrolment from the educational provider you should send
it
to:

You should also arrange for the following items to be sent to the above
address:
路 Evidence that the Overseas Student Health Cover has been paid
for
yourself and any members of your family accompanying you to Australia
(if
not paid through the education provider).
路 Your completed medical and x-ray results, and those of any
members of
your family accompanying you to Australia if these have not already
been
provided to the Offshore Processing Centre. Forms and information
concerning your health examination were sent to you earlier. If you
have
not already undertaken your medical and radiological examination, you
should now take these forms with a copy of this letter to a panel
hospital.
You must do your health examination at one of the hospitals in the
panel
hospital list that was sent to you, otherwise we will not accept the
health
result. The hospital will forward the results of your examinations
directly to the Offshore Processing Centre.
路 If you have arranged for a student loan in relation to your
study in
Australia, a letter from the bank stating that you have now been given
a
鈥榮tudent loan鈥? and a bank certificate showing that the loan has
now been
paid into your bank account. The period of the loan must be for at
least
the first 36 months of your stay unless your course is for a lesser
period.
If your course is for a lesser period then your loan must be for the
length
of your course. Your student loan must not be paid back before this
time.
路 If you have any school age dependents who will be accompanying
you to
Australia for longer than 3 months (ie. Children who will be 5 years or
older in Australia, but under 18), evidence of their enrolment in a
school
in Australia.
路 Evidence of having completed studies relevant to the visa
subclass
you have applied for. (For 572, 573 and 575 subclass, notarized copy of
senior high graduation certificate. For 574 subclass, notarized copy of
bachelor degree.)
DO NOT send your passport until you have been advised in writing
Please provide this information to our office as soon as possible, and
no
later than 28 days from the date of this letter at the very latest. If
we
do not receive these documents within 28 days of the date of this
letter,
your application may be refused.
Once we have received all your outstanding documents, we will decide
your
visa application as soon as we can, taking into account the date your
course starts in Australia. In the event that by the time we have
received
all your documents your course has already started, we will contact
your
education provider. We will confirm with them whether you are able to
start the course late, or will request that they provide us with a new
COE
(for a later course start date). In these circumstances, you could
also
contact your education provider and request them to fax us an updated
COE.
Please note that we will not generally grant a visa more than 6 weeks
before the expected course commencement date in Australia.
Please remember that a decision has not yet been taken on your visa
application. Do not resign from employment or make travel arrangements
or
take other similar action on the basis of this letter. You must wait
for a
decision about your visa application. We will notify you of our
decision
after the above-mentioned documentation is presented.
There are three other matters that I must warn you about:
路 The Australian Government cannot assist visa applicants in
obtaining
any documentation they may need from their own government authorities
in
order to travel overseas. Should you require but be unable to obtain
such
documentation, we will not be able to help you to do so. We will also
not
be able to refund to you the visa application charge that you have
already
paid.
路 Irrespective of the outcome of your application, the visa
application
charge you have paid is not refundable.
路 If you pay any enrolment and/or tuition fees to an educational
provider and your application for a visa to Australia is unsuccessful
for
any reason, it is your responsibility to seek a refund of those fees.

In order for processing of your student visa application to continue,

require that the following documents be provided to our office within
28
days of the date of this letter:
Original Certificates of Deposit for Agricultural Bank of China (must
be
less than 3 months old and show that funds are still in the bank) to
replace CG00002165, CG00002163, CG00002164
Please forward the required documentation to the below address. If you
do
not provide this documentation within the time period requested, your
visa
application will be decided on the information before us, and may end
up
being refused.
