现在写CDR中...
其中所需要的材料里有学位证书和成绩单,听说需要iea的member认证的,如何认证法啊? 在中国的话是不是需要清华认证?
另外,需要提供ielts的成绩,是不是考ielts时直接向考试中心提出成绩单发份copy给iea?
