生活交通便利，出门2分钟 万隆华人超市，中国餐厅4~5家
4分钟到车站，有120 125 135 155 123 122 598 599 去往city,garden city,sunnybank,
去学校也是很方便，步行15~20分钟可到nathan校区，
读QIBT的同学跟nathan乘坐校车即可，或者跟家门口车站乘坐120 125 135 155到nathan再转乘校车都很方便的。
校车每15分钟一辆准点起发~

再说房子吧，2层的townhouse，房间都在2楼，两single room，一间master room，最多住四人。
masterroom 含独立卫浴，衣帽间（不是衣柜，是衣帽间哦），独立阳台（方便抽烟的同学），可睡3人的kingsize大床，梳妆台等等家具齐全
楼下客厅，厨房，洗衣间，还有一个bathroom。 车库，车位（可停两辆车）
小区manager是位和蔼的local老太太，有任何房屋的问题都可找她解决


房租：单人住 每周 $170 share bill 或  $185 包bill
           双人住 每周 $190 share bill 或  $210 包bill

大家不要觉得share bill会比较贵，其实share bill 还会比包bill便宜，人多了更是
入住时间最好是在圣诞节前后，
