其实college square的房子，无论是地理位置还是条件，价钱都是比较值的，主要不方便在于如果和它的业主直接签的话，minimum leasing period就是一年。现在这套房子只要签到明年1月份，也就是相当于半年，或者一个semester，这对刚到墨尔本的新同学适应环境是很有利的。
房子是full furnished, 冰箱、微波炉、煤气、热水器一应俱全，一个卧室，两张床，一个study room. college square最好的就是它的配套设施，健身房，游泳池，桑那，篮球、乒乓球，BBQ，多功能厅，全都免费使用。
总之我觉得这套房子对于couple或者两个朋友一起take，是非常超值的。
