- 8 mins by bus (507, 518, 544) or 27 mins by foot to Macquarie University in Marsfield.
SHORT TERM (6-8 weeks):
- $300 per week for 2 travellers or $250 for 1 traveller (included all fees).Bed lining, pillows
will be provided.
LONG TERM (6 MONTHS CONTRACT):
- $230 for 2 MQ University female students.

Room Size is around 13ft x 15ft, with 9ft wardrobe, dinning table and TV (are not in picture),
8ft window, 2 single beds, 2 desks, chairs and fan.
Big toilet (8ft x 6ft) next to the room shared by 2 other students.
General facilities: 2 fridges, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4 stoves, rice cooker, individual
storage in kitchen, plates, washing machine, iron, cable internet etc are available. Spacing
front and backyard for study. Opening dinning area and internal laundry.
