我有2个朋友07年8月递交的COOKERY PR申请还没下来，08年1月递交的西点PR申请也没下来，如果审到了08年4月，那08年4月之前的是漏掉了还是材料有问题？
另外我还有一个朋友的朋友07年7月递交的厨师PR申请的，2个月前被移民局告知从on shore 转off shore等待,28天之内离境，移民官有这么大权力阿，说让离境就得离境阿，是不是以后会有很多G4被强行转off shore？ |
