UNSW 9号门对面，High street上，单间招租。房价$240/周包bill, 2014年8月4号起租，租期6个月起。
地段好，近校园，过马路即入校园。步行2分钟就是图书馆。自习方便，回家安全。
交通方便，9号门处多条公交车站，去city CBD，marubra, bondi jct, airport都是一部车可以直达。出门即可搭乘。
环境好，生活方便，离randwick shopping ctr 步行7，8分钟即可到coles, woolworth， 还有其他商店，离anzac parade仅1公里，路经unsw village , GYM, IGA超市，大量中餐馆, 等等。
