我在海外中心等签，柏林，昨天下午5点前才收到另一位工作人员的回复邮件，说我的case 还没有下来因为需要补充材料，还说明12月9日有邮件给我提到了。
我当下傻了，若有这样补充材料的邮件我肯定立马补材料，赶紧回去查找邮件，12月9日有一个回复我的邮件，但这个邮件因为我11月25日快递材料后没有收到柏林使馆的任何确认信件，在快递10天后我发邮件询问对方是否收到我的申请签证资料，对方回复如下：
Dear AAA,
Thank you for your enquiry about the status of your application.
Your application has commenced on 25/11/2013 and is currently being
processed.
Please keep in mind processing times vary and are determined on a case by
case basis.
Processing of your application may be delayed if there is any information
missing from your application or if the case officer processing your
application requires further information.
If your application is urgent you should include a covering letter
explaining your circumstances and any relevant dates. It is strongly
recommended you apply well in advance of your intended travel date and that
you do not make any irreversible travel arrangements until you have been
granted a Tourist visa.
Please note:
-The information you are given by the Europe Service Centre will be based
on the information you supply.
-We recommend that you do not make any irreversible travel arrangements
until you have an appropriate visa.

信中提到好几次如果，但没有针对性说明要我补交什么材料，今天还要再去联络具体管我CASE 的人，这又是其他一个人才能具体得知情况！
所以超过10天你一定要追追追，催签信是必须得！ |
