PR体检来了封信说是old or inactive tuberculosis infection怎么

PR体检来了封信说是The cheset x-ray taken during your medical examination showed an abnormality which may indicate an old or inactive tuberculosis infection. A doctor has reviewed your chest X-ray and does not believe that you currentyly have tuberculosis disease.
但是我以前从来没得过肺结核阿。而且出国体检一次，学生签证延签三次，485体检一次都没说过有这问题啊。对于签证有没有影响啊?还需要复查什么的么？对于签证进度有影响么？
