请教关于EOI填写的两个问题，谢谢！

请问关于EOI填写的两个问题。（申请190州担保）
1、填写希望的担保州时，有一个勾选项。
Would the client be prepared to live outside anAustralian capital city?这个该怎么填？ 是否选YES，更容易被选中？ 还是选YES，有可能被转换为偏远地区担保？
2、填写学历时：我是学历是Master of engineer    应该选 “Master Degree in Science, Business or Technology” 还是 “Master Degree (other) ”  ？
