因為租金是$150, 但是網路+水電費 ($20).. 所以才要$170,, 所以減不了...

两个房间和前面的房子是分开的,有自己的大卫浴,煮饭的炉子,冰箱和洗衣机都是独立的,
还有独立的门口,不会互相影响到,非常适合情侣或两个朋友一起来住.

地点在 lara st, sunnybank 离最近的coles走路五分钟左右,附近还有commonwealth bank,很多餐厅. 可以上网查一下地点真的蛮好的

交通方面离公车站也是很近,家门口尖峰时间有公车直接到city,走路五分钟也有130.140.139
直达CITY和UQ或到sunnybank买东西也很近,找工作住这附近也很方便

房间的部分有Double bed一间和Queen size bed一间
两间房间差不多大, $140 per week 包含水,电,网路( 为telstra 光纤网路 )不会断断续续的很稳.

可入住时间为 20/7 可以帮忙搬家
