3 bed rooms 超大双层town house。
位置很好，在australia fair附近，开车3分钟。公车5分钟。
去Griffith University也很方便。开车8分钟，公车13分钟。
出门走路3分钟到公车站。
楼上是卧室，房间很大，每个房间都是Queensize大床，家具齐全。
楼下是客厅厨房。沙发，餐桌，电视，冰箱，洗衣机一应俱全。
家具是去年7月份买的，整套家具花费$2000以上。
在这里住了1年了，环境很好，安静舒适。现在因为个人原因，必须搬走了。
家里的所有家具全部赠送。
