求助 租好房子电开通的问题

已申请click energy的电，是townhouse。
6月12号他们派人过来弄好了并留下了张小纸片，上面写着做重要的checks before removing the green switch seal and turning on the main switch。
现在我已经把家里的main switch打开了，可是还没有电，怎么办？
纸片上说的green switch seal在哪里找啊？
家里他们没进来过，肯定没有的，是不是要问小区的物业啊？
