工作主要责任包括但不限于：
－与物主和租户进行联络
－对物业打广告，开展迁入，迁出和日常巡查
－处理物业的维修及保养
－准备并能够出席法庭听证会

工作要求：
－至少3年物业管理经验，认真，负责
－有相关地产资格证书
－沟通技巧良好，精通普通话，流利英文（听，说，读，写）能力
－有车
底薪+commission
