Specificduties and responsibilities will include · Monitor, maintain and manage the Australiainfrastructure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and potentially another location in2016);· Monitor, maintain and manage the IT comms room inAustralia (UPS, racks, environmental devices, licenses, storage, servers,network devices etc.);· Monitor and administrate the Australian network(Internet, LAN, etc.) security; · Develop, implement, update normal system normaloperation procedures;· System parameters maintenance, set user accounts ,access rights modification and other IT operation orders initiation andimplementation; · IT policy & procedure draft and update, includingregular Disaster Recovery drills; · Initiate, coordinate and implement IT infrastructurerelated projects;· Investigate and study new hardware, technologies andsolutions in IT industry; · Accompany with Head Office and direct third parties tocomplete relevant system and network work;and · Complete tasks requested by the Management and otherad-hoc tasks. To beconsidered for this role your skills will include; · CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, MCP certifications are highlydesirable as is a IT Related degree.· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products· Administration and Maintenance of virtualenvironments, preferably VMware vSphere· IP Telephony experience, preferably Cisco CallManager; and· Solid understanding around the use of IP networking,DHCP, DNS and general day to day network principals and working knowledge ofmajor networking components and tools, network OS.· Understanding of networking principals and experiencetroubleshooting connectivity issues around Cisco router and switch, Juniperfirewall, Bluecoat proxy, McAfee gateway and IPSproducts; · Experience with financial service products such asBloomberg, Reuters, Etradeal & IPC dealing and recording system will be anadvantage;· Ability to deal with external service providers acrossa range of network or software structures & negotiate delivery of servicesfor the bank;· Good clear oral and written communication skills inboth English and Mandarin;· An ability to deliver quality work within tighttimeframes, including some weekend work for testing and BCP requirements; If you feelyou have the qualifications to undertake this role please hit the apply buttonbelow or forward your resume to [email protected] |
