Brilliant Properties is searching for candidates with conscientiousness, enthusiasm, motivation and who are sociable.
Previous experience would be beneficial, but not essential. To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:Strong communication skills;With due diligence;100% customer service focus;Excellent at building networks;Timeliness & effectiveness; andAustralian permanent residency/citizenship
Duties in the role include:Attracting and screening tenants on behalf of landlord by advertising vacancies;Open inspection regularly or by appointment for lease;Negotiating leases with prospective tenants, collect security deposit, contacting the landlord solicitor for the preparation of the lease;Collecting rent and outgoing monies from tenants and adjusting rent on each anniversary of the lease pursuant to landlords’ lease agreement; and Maintaining landlords’ properties by inspecting vacant units and supervising contractor repairs for tenants where applicable, investigating and resolving tenant complaints, and enforcing lease agreement term.
