招工前台销售人员 (recruitment )

We are small business in western sydney, we are looking for a sales assistant.Duties & Responsibilities:   □ Exhibit a positive, friendly & helpful attitude withcustomers and be sensitive to their needs. □ Create sales order. □ Receive payment or obtain credit information. □ Maintain counter area displays of merchandise in anorderly and attractive manner.□ Assist and resolve customer complaints.  Competencies:  □ Essential customer service and communication skills (Fluent in Mandarin is a must to serve Chinese speaking customers)□ Perform basic mathematical calculations required toaccurately complete assigned tasks (discounts vs. mark up, customer pricing,etc).  Qualifications:  □ High School diploma . □ Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructionsin English.□ Ability to speak and understand Chinese Mandarin language (AMUST)
