It is an opportunity to join a Merchandise Assistant to progress to Buyer’s role.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
? Assist and support Merchandising Manager on a variety of Administrative and Clerical functions
? Raise and monitor import purchase orders
? Liaise with Vendors for quality control
? Coordinate and track samples from Vendors
? Conduct monthly analysis
? Data entry
? Liaise with overseas office branches and other departments for their requisition
? Interstate and overseas travel required
Ideally you have :
? Good spoken and written English, Cantonese / Mandarin
? Excellent excel skills
? Strong analytical skills
? Details focused, well organized
? Creative and eager to learn
? Experience in Jewellery retail would be an advantage
? Loves playing with jewellery
? Self-motivated
? Excellent multi-tasking skills
